Katie helps families feel at home, is the liaison between the hospital and families, and facilitates daily operations. As the Springfield Program Director at RMHCCI, she oversees the intake of families, guest chef programs, and volunteers. For Katie, connecting with families is the most rewarding part of the role. Outside of the office, Katie enjoys spending time with children, traveling to the beach, and yard work.
